2019 Diversity and Inclusion Report
Evolent Is Committed To Diversity And Inclusion
Evolent Health is committed to diversity and inclusion. Achieving our mission rests on our ability to treat all employees with respect and fairness in order to sustain and grow a diverse and inclusive culture. We strive to create a supportive environment where employees can freely express their whole selves to thrive at Evolent and beyond. By fostering and retaining diversified top talent, we enhance our culture and create greater value for our partners to improve health outcomes for patients. To that end, we are honored to have been included on Parity.org's "Best Companies for Women to Advance List" for 2020, a recognition that reflects our commitment to creating policies and processes that ensure a fair and equitable work environment.
This report builds on our initial annual report, which reflects data from the years 2016-2018. The information contained on this page is our Diversity and Inclusion 2019 Annual Report, which includes a dashboard that tracks our progress and insight into our focus areas for 2020.
The data below demonstrate our progress on several diversity and inclusion objectives in 2019. They represent outcomes of a subset of the various programs and activities we have in place that help us ensure diversity and inclusion in all the work we do. We maintain high aspirations beyond what we achieved in 2019 and we are committed to continuing this work.
