Archie Mayani serves as chief product officer at Evolent, where she leads product strategy and execution across the company’s portfolio. She is focused on building differentiated, AI-enabled solutions that help customers improve performance, reduce complexity, and enhance the patient experience.

Archie brings more than two decades of leadership experience across health care, enterprise platforms, and AI. Before joining Evolent, she served as chief product officer at GHX, where she led AI-powered product innovation to modernize health care supply chain management and strengthen resiliency across a complex global ecosystem. Previously, at Change Healthcare, she advanced value-based care through enterprise imaging, clinical decision support, and revenue cycle platforms serving providers and payers at scale. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Amazon and Optum, where she built and scaled product ecosystems, growth businesses, and technology solutions across domestic and international markets.  

A frequent speaker on AI, product innovation and the future of health care, Archie holds advanced degrees in biomedical engineering and business. She is committed to applying technology thoughtfully to make health care more connected, efficient and patient-centered.
