Dr. Lim is the chief clinical officer at Evolent. With over 20 years of experience, he is responsible for ensuring that high quality care is delivered to the members and patients of Evolent’s partners. He oversees more than 300 Evolent physicians in complex condition management. Dr. Lim also partners with health plan partner executives to innovate clinical programs and technology products to meet the need for greater value in U.S. healthcare.

Prior to Evolent, Dr. Lim served as founding team member of RightMove, a virtual musculoskeletal care company, and Quartet, which provided technology-enabled mental health services. He also served leadership roles at InnovaCare Health and Castlight and is a former Boston Consulting Group management consultant. Dr. Lim has deep experience in value-based clinical program and product development, clinical operations, business development/client success, physician team management, and leadership in both health plan and health system executive relations.

Dr. Lim obtained his MD/PhD from Columbia University. He completed an internal medicine residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital as well as an infectious disease fellowship at University of California San Francisco. He attended Harvard College, where he concentrated in biochemical sciences.
