
Naprisha Taylor is an impact leader whose contributions in the private and public sectors have focused on improving the quality of life for diverse communities. As vice president of employee strategy and communications at Evolent, she leads talent management and organizational culture, including diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, employee listening, corporate programming, employee engagement, and communications across the employee lifecycle. Naprisha collaborates with senior leadership to ensure initiatives reflect an inclusive, people-centric corporate culture.
Naprisha is also committed to her own personal civic engagement and promoting it in others. She serves as a commissioner for Serve DC in the Mayor's Office of Volunteerism and Partnerships, where she seeks to cultivate a culture of civic engagement, inspire community action and promote community resilience from within.
Naprisha earned a master’s degree in public administration from Cornell University and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Georgetown University.
