Mark serves as Evolent’s Deputy CFO and SVP of Corporate Finance, leading teams across FP&A, Client Finance, Product and Tech, as well as Investor Relations, Capital Markets and Corporate Development. Prior to Evolent, Mark was the SVP of Finance at Archaea, a renewable natural gas business, which he helped grow and then sell to BP after a successful run as a public company. Before Archaea, Mark worked as the Divisional CFO of Paradigm, a value-based care MSK specialty services business, which grew rapidly through a series of transformative acquisitions during his tenure there. Prior to Paradigm, Mark worked at Aetna in a strategy role and spent a little less than nine years at Alvarez & Marsal in consulting and restructuring. Mark has an MBA from Wharton and a BA in History from Yale University.
